To enable us to ensure the smooth processing of your orders, the following payment polices will apply to all online orders placed with OSIM:-
1. Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard only. Cash, cheques and electronic cards like Visa Electron or A.T.M. are not accepted.
2. You are required to provide details for Billing Information. Billing Information submitted has to be the same as it appears on your credit card statement.
3. To prevent any fraudulent orders and to verify the Billing Information provided, we may at our option, request that you send a copy of the front and back of your credit card as well as your credit card statement (only the portion which reflects the same credit card number, billing address and issuing bank’s or company’s name/logo) to us via fax or email.
4. We reserve the right at our absolute discretion to cancel your order and/or suspend deliveries should we find that the information submitted is not in order or should we not receive the above documentation upon request.

Following registration, you can review and change the personal particulars you submitted during registration. You must promptly update your information if it changes. Once posted, you cannot change or remove any public postings made in our chat rooms or other message areas or the feedback areas.

Usage Tracking
OSIM tracks user traffic patterns throughout all of our sites. However, we do not correlate this information with data about individual users. OSIM does break down overall usage statistics according to a user's domain name, IP address, browser type and MIME type by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in every user's browser).
OSIM sometimes tracks and catalogues the search terms that users enter in our Search Engine, but this tracking is never associated with individual users. We use tracking information to determine users' content preferences, based on traffic in those areas. We do not track what individual users read, but rather how well each page performs overall. Obtaining Warranty Service
Products are under warranty against manufacturing defects during the warranty period. Products sent in for servicing must be accompanied by a valid warranty card.
Warranty issued (where applicable) with each product purchased is valid only in the country of original purchase. Once transited out of the country, the warranty is invalidated. For more information, please check with your local service centre.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, please contact us at [email protected] and we will look for a solution with you first if you find the product is not suitable for you. However, if you are still dissatisfied with your online orders, we can issue a return and refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the shipment. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund, less return shipping costs and a 15% re-stocking fee unless the product is defective or the return is a result of an error by OSIM. Refunds will be provided in the same way that the initial payment was made.

Massage Chairs:
OSIM offers curbside delivery that the delivery of the massage chairs will be at the curb of your business or residence as delivery vehicles and equipment are not permitted on private property. We recommend you have a friend present to help get the product from curbside to the final designated room. Our representative will be contacting you to confirm if you would like to UPGRADE to White Glove Delivery service at $300 USD.
Once the order has placed and arranged for delivery, we will provide the tracking information through email with an estimated delivery date. The freight carrier will contact the phone number entered on your order to schedule a delivery appointment and confirm the date of delivery with you when they have entered your state/city.
There is no assembly needed for the massage chairs that we are currently carrying. Simply plug into electricity, turn on the ON/OFF button and it is ready to use.
Other products:
Products other than massage chairs will be delivered by UPS or Purolator to the front door of houses and the ground floor lobby of apartment and condominium buildings.
Once the order has placed and arranged for delivery, we will provide the tracking information through email with an estimated delivery date. The expected delivery date is carefully calculated but is not a promise or guarantee. Delivery times can vary based on the factors like traffic and weather.
If you are not home to accept delivery, a delivery notification card with further details will be issued at your door. Please note that shipments require a signed acknowledgement of receipt and it will not be left by the door unattended.
Multiple items may be shipped separately due to size and may arrive at different times.

A customer support agent will do troubleshooting over the phone first to see if we are able to solve the issue on spot.
Massage Chairs:
For repair of the OSIM massage chairs that were purchased directly from OSIM, we offer on-location service that we will send our technician over to the location of the massage chair at no cost within the warranty period. If there are any replacement parts needed for repair, the cost will be covered within warranty as well.
We will offer on-location service after the warranty period, but there will be a service fee and if there are any replacement parts needed for repair, the cost will be extra.
Other products:
Should you need to have your OSIM product repaired, please visit your nearest OSIM store. Our sales assistants will be glad to welcome and assist you.
Should you live far from a store or would it be difficult for you to visit a OSIM store, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Services. Our specialized advisors will be glad to provide you with all the necessary information for sending your item to OSIM for repair.
Warranty replacement procedure:

"Out of Warranty" Products
OSIM warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship. Warranty does not apply if, in the judgement of OSIM, the product fails due to abuse or misuse, accident, or damage that is attributable to acts of God, or if it has been used or maintained in a manner not conforming to product manual instructions, has been modified in any way, or has had any serial number removed or defaced.
